Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
- One flat monthly or yearly price per truck. We never take a cut of your sales.
- 30-day free trial with no card. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your data is yours, and you can export it any time, even after you cancel.
- Card payments run through your own Square account, under Square's terms.
These terms are an agreement between StreetKiosk LLC ("StreetKiosk", "we", "us") and the business that signs up ("you"). By creating an account or using StreetKiosk you agree to them. The person who signs up confirms they're at least 18 and allowed to agree for the business.
1. The service
StreetKiosk is web software for food trucks and similar businesses: self-order kiosk pages, kitchen screens, an admin page, a sales dashboard, daily report emails, text receipts and a Help assistant. It runs in a web browser on tablets and computers you provide. We'll keep improving it; we may change or retire features, and if a change takes away something important you rely on, we'll tell you ahead of time.
2. Your account
- Keep sign-in details, tablet pairing codes and exit PINs safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and on tablets you've paired.
- The account owner decides who's on the team and what they can do. Remove people and revoke tablets you no longer trust from the admin page.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone got in who shouldn't have.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- Trial: 30 days free, no card needed. If you don't add a card by the end, ordering pauses until you do; your setup and history stay.
- Price: the prices on getstreetkiosk.com when you subscribe, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, per active truck, with a lower price for trucks you put to sleep for the off-season. Sales tax is added where required.
- Changes in trucks: adding, archiving, sleeping or waking a truck updates your subscription, and Stripe prorates the difference.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, you have 48 hours to fix it before ordering pauses. Your data isn't affected.
- Cancel any time from the admin page. Service runs to the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
4. Square and card payments
Card payments use your own Square account and Square Terminal. Square, not StreetKiosk, processes the payments, holds the funds and handles disputes and refunds, under your agreement with Square. Square's fees are between you and Square; we add none. We're not responsible for Square's service, outages or decisions about your Square account.
5. Your data
- Your menu, photos, settings and sales belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run StreetKiosk for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your menu and orders any time, including after you cancel.
- You're responsible for what you put in (menu text, photos, logo) and for having the right to use it, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including sales tax, receipts and what you tell your customers about their information.
6. Fair use
Don't use StreetKiosk to break the law, send spam (including text receipts nobody asked for), attack or overload the service, get at another business's data, or copy or resell the software. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
7. The Help assistant
The Help assistant is AI and can be wrong. Check anything important, especially about money, tax or payments, and use "Email a person" when you need us. It can read your own setup when you're signed in, but it can't change anything.
8. Availability and offline use
We work hard to keep StreetKiosk running, and kiosks are designed to show "Please order at the window" when the internet drops rather than take orders the kitchen can't see. But the service needs the internet, your devices and outside services (like Square and mobile networks), so we can't promise it will never be down. Always have a way to take orders at the window.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, StreetKiosk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about StreetKiosk is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to amounts you owe us, or where the law doesn't allow them.
11. Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, tablets stop taking orders; the owner can still sign in to export data until it's deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email account owners at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. Using StreetKiosk after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Polk County, Iowa, unless we agree on something else. Please email us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
14. The rest
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about StreetKiosk. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part isn't giving it up. You can't transfer this agreement without our consent; we can transfer it as part of a sale or merger of StreetKiosk.
